CleanIDPhoto is launching soon
CleanIDPhoto is an online photo tool. You upload a photo of yourself and we crop and size it to the published specifications for passport, visa and ID documents (for example 2x2 in for a US passport or 35x45 mm for a Schengen visa). We run automatic checks on framing, lighting and head size and show you a free watermarked preview before you pay.
What you get
Digital photo: a JPEG sized for online upload
Digital photo + a 4x6 in print sheet (300 dpi) to print at any photo kiosk
One-time payment in USD by card through Stripe. No subscription and no account needed. Files are delivered on screen and by email straight after payment.
For documents whose rules forbid edited photos (such as US, UK and Canadian documents) we only crop and resize; we never change the background. For documents that must be taken by a studio or at a government office, we show the requirements only and don't sell a photo.
Refund policy
If an official office rejects a photo we made, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. If your download doesn't work or you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Privacy
We never store your original upload. Processed photos and files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We don't use photos for training or marketing. Privacy policy · Terms of service
