Terms and refund policy

CleanIDPhoto is an independent photo-editing service. We are not a government agency, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by one, and we can't guarantee that any authority will accept a photo. Each authority makes its own decision.

Refund if rejected

If an official office or online application rejects a photo we made, email cleanidphoto@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and the rejection notice or a short description. We'll refund you in full. You don't need to return anything.

Your responsibilities

Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission (for a minor, you must be their parent or guardian). Some documents forbid digitally edited backgrounds. For those we only crop and scale, and you need to take the photo against a plain, light background. We don't sell photos for documents that require a studio or an in-office photo.

Prices

$6.99 for the digital photo. $9.99 for the digital photo plus a 4x6 in print sheet. Prices are in USD, and Stripe processes payment.

Deletion

Files and download links expire within 24 hours.
